Site Selection & Logistics
Sites are specifically chosen for each event depending on size, scope and desired image to be portrayed. There are many site options to choose from, including hotels, training facilities, galleries, auditoriums, theaters, outdoor clubs, and many other unique venues. We work with you to encompass every aspect of your event and meeting location, such as general session areas, breakout rooms, exhibit space, meals and other activities.

Planning & Theme Development
HatchEM will look at every aspect of your event as a potential design element. Thematic concept, from menu and décor, to program content and entertainment, are important details that we will plan for you. We will create the timeline, build the “look and feel”, and map out the logistics so that it runs smoothly for all involved.

Budget Planning & Contract Negotiation
We will prepare a complete budget, manage costs throughout the planning process and regularly evaluate financial performance to identify additional revenue and cost-saving opportunities. Our experience enables us to skillfully negotiate each detail of the contract.

Catering
HatchEM considers the event theme, region, culture and unique client requirements to produce menus that are creative, yet nourishing for everyone attending your event. We will work directly with the Chef to design menus and negotiate contracts that fit your budgetary requirements.
